Emmy Rossum in Blue Naven

Going down the Andie Macdowell route, Emmy Rossum stepped out in a dazzling blue long-sleeve dress for the Walker Project event a few days back.

Emmy wore her Naven dress with black heels and Chopard jewels but, unlike Andie, she let the sparkle reign and wore her hair up.
